All about me this week; normally I dive into the weeks events on social media, celeb news or etc; not this week. I’ve been public before about it but I’ve battled with depression & anxiety that I didn’t realize I had until my late high school years as a result of me watching my brother suffer serious mental issues that climaxed with him doing a three year stint in prison, suffering over a year alone on the infamous Rikers Island. I had to be honest with myself and admit over two decades of watching him struggle eventually made me question myself, we get real this episode like NEVER before. 💪🏽🙏🏾
