Paddy and the TP welcome the podcast's first female guest! Long over due, but well worth the wait. The podcast team chat with Sally about her fascinating field and delve deeper into her role at RAMS.

With the GF Suite under construction we set ourselves up in changing room two, which was the setting of our conversation covering topics such as the psychology of injury, the application of sports psychology across a season and the power of visualisation. We also learnt our new favourite word - "Murmuration"!
