Erika Armstrong is working to change that, inspiring the next generation of aviators.

Now an aviation professor and VP of Business Development at Advanced Aircrew Academy, Erika’s passion for aviation shines through in everything she does.
She’s also the author of A Chick in the Cockpit and uses social media to inspire and educate future pilots. Erika demonstrates that a career in aviation offers diverse skills and opportunities for growth, leadership, and adventure.
