Then Sally tells the wild true crime story of Rob and Lisa Whedbee and Jen gives us the beautiful true love story of Ida Skibenes and Hanna Aardal

They end the episode talking about things that are dumb (yoga hangovers) and things they love (This Way Up and Jen's daughter being a cool drummer).
