Coach Fav explains how “charting dice” is akin to insanity as “dice do not have a MEMORY”   Regardless of your game time notes, dice never change in that there are more ways to throw a 7 than any other number. There are more ways to throw a 6 and 8 than any other number than the 7.  And on it goes and goes. If you enjoy writing your play down while at a live table, go right ahead. However, it will not help you one bit., Ouch”. Finally if your Iron Cross does not have a 5-6-8 bets along with Field Bet, please call it something else. Your play might be Okay, but it is not the Iron Cross.
