Winning doesn't always mean I won.  Today I won a race, but really lost the battle...I gave in to my fleshly desire to ease off the gas and slow down. If I had puked after the race, I think that would have been the ultimate sign that I beat myself.  But today, I take this loss as a lesson learned.
