German Company Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) withdrew from India’s Project-75-I (P-75I) three years ago, but there has been a notable shift since then, with the German government initiating government-to-government negotiations for the project. P75I project aims to construct 6 Scorpene-Class attack submarines domestically in India.
