Some of the flaws they observed include:
Failure to stay disciplined about messaging what matters most again and again..
Being susceptible to flattery and praise that impacts judgment.
Failure to hold in check the privilege and entitlement of power.
Not staying in touch with the grit of the business.
Being too protective and not demanding enough
