Today on the podcast I have all the lads from Tide7!

Tide7 are a Metal-Hardcore band from Cork who have just released one of the heaviest EPs I think I'll hear all year, titled 'Rinse and Repeat'

I'll be chatting with the lads about how this band began, the origins of their band name, their fantastic debut single 'Loved Ones' and of course, going through their latest EP track by track, covering the inspiration behind their music and the themes the EP explores.

This is a band I've heard so much about so to have them on this podcast was such a pleasure and I cannot wait to see live which I will get to do tomorrow at my first Siege of Limerick.

Tide7 will be playing the Kasbah stage at 6:10, right after Lymphoedema and they are a band not to be missed.
