There is a Biblical model for bringing Church leaders, government leaders, and business leaders together to provide direction and influence in the public sphere. Leon Rodgers, founder and leader of City Elders, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is creating partnerships county by county across Oklahoma, Virginia, and other states and plans to set up City Elder groups in every county in the USA. The foundation of it all is prayer with church leaders across denominations, meeting with mayors, school board members, sheriffs, and other local magistrates to build Christ's kingdom where we live.
