In this episode, I extol the value of self-education as opposed to formal, "higher education", and I make the following points:

• Most of us have spent hours upon hours learning things that we have not used in our professional life.
• Self-education is superior to traditional, "higher education" because it can be much more targeted.
• With self=education, you can learn from people that have been where you are and have walked in your shoes.
