I wish I knew this when I first became a pharmacist…
If I had the opportunity to go back in time to 10 years ago and have a conversation with my former self and say “Hey—THIS is what you have to know. THIS is what’s going to help you avoid the painful moments of regret—THIS is what’s going to catapult your career and set you up for the most successful I KNOW YOU WILL BE.”
There would be a few key things I would share.
I can’t go back in time, but I CAN use this time you’re giving me by sharing exactly what those things are.
I’ve reflected on the last 10 years of my full-time career as a community pharmacist to share the biggest things I learned in pharmacy school that were THE most essential to practice on a daily basis not only as a pharmacist—but in building my personal brand, the most essential asset and competitive advantage for a thriving pharmacy career.
