Today's guest is Robert Almeida. He leads graphics at SB Architects but also side hustles with motivational hand lettering at DudeBeAwesome out of Miami FL.

I really enjoyed talking to Robert and hearing his story. He didn't tell me he was color blind until right near the end but I really wanted to try and understand what it was like being in such a creative, often color-based field while color blind. I found it really interesting! @dudebeawesome
