In this episode, I talk with you about how sometimes we think we need to know all the details about the destination before we can get started. But instead you only need to know the general destination, values you won't compromise and the next step to take. When you are building influence the next step is almost always talking to a person and finding out their needs. So even knowing the next step isn't challenging.
