There isn’t a one sized fits all approach when it comes to mental health. That is why I feel like it is so important to have open and honest conversations about what I do when I’m not okay, because it is a process.

In this conversation, I’m talking about what I just did, a week before recording this, when my own mental and emotional health wavered into some dark feelings and thoughts. If you are not feeling all light and love right now, which is so absolutely normal, this episode will help you to remember that it is okay to not always be okay.
