Aaron has experience and success in a number of combat sports including Kickboxing, K1 and Muay Thai. Some highlights being a WAKO World Champion and ISKA Irish Champion. Aaron has since transitioned to professional boxing and today I chat to Aaron about how he is going about that transition as well as his experiences is those other sports.
