With his father working in advertising, Jason Cohen grew up travelling around the world as a child; which in turn developed his passion for travel, hospitality and design. He first started out as a hotel consultant at the age of 29, and now is one of the founding shareholders of the CÉ LA VI Group, delivering luxury dining and entertainment at iconic locations.
Having built such a strong reputation across the APAC hospitality scene, Jason and I caught up over a fresh mint tea in the 55 story high tower known as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. We cover his journey on how he started out in the hospitality industry and how they’ve expanded across APAC.
