In part four of the autism series, I speak to Ben Jones, an autistic man, about his lived experiences of camouflaging. Ben discusses how camouflaging impacts his mental and physical well being. He also shares strategies he has used in the past to ensure that he is able to manage himself in different interactions he has had.
