Meet Jenny, the mom behind Career Mom Podcast.  If you are like me, I had the misconception that it was just about mothers in the workplace, but upon talking to Jenny it is really about a woman's identity after she becomes a mother and making it work with who she was before. Jenny recognizes that it is ok for that identity to change and that it can also change again as the years go on. There is no right answer to how women get back into the workforce once they become mothers, but there is also room for improvement in the options that are available.
