We head to Sydney's Automata for a chat with head chef Clayton Wells, who was last heard on our first episode! Also joining us is Jillionaire from Major Lazer, who is best known for DJing, yelling on the microphone at festivals and running a record label, but before all that he used to run a restaurant in Trinidad and is currently involved in opening a Trinidadian restaurant in Brooklyn.Jillionaire lets us know about all of the amazing Trini food that we can't get in Sydney, Clayton lets us know what the first few months of Automata have been like and all five of us have a big old sook about the current state of late night dining in Sydney.
