In this week's episode I chat with the fabulous Dr. Caroline West who is an outreach coordinator with Active* Consent. She holds a PhD and MA in Sexuality Studies from Dublin City University. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Cyberpsychology from IADT and a certificate in Sexual Consent and Health Promotion from NUIG. She is the host of Glow West which is a sexual wellness podcast, and the sex and relationship expert for Bumble Ireland.  She also writes a weekly relationship column for the Irish Independent. Caroline has spent over two decades working and volunteering in social care and has been a media commentator about consent and sexual wellness since 2016.
