This week we sit down and discuss how it is that we both have dealt with our past trauma. This goes between adult relationships and our childhoods.

Learning to be okay with the past is not an easy thing to learn, but talking about it is the biggest step to understanding. In the world that we are living in, time to sit and think has become almost infinite. 

Here, Brad presents a series of questions that he thought of while reading an article about the best ways to move forward in a marriage, or in general after experiencing trauma. Bethany was not aware of the questions before hand and an interesting conversation takes place. 

We hope that you or someone you know may relate to this conversation as we all have things in our past, and no one escapes childhood without some form of trauma.
