In this week’s episode, Mitch sat down with Dave LoSavio, the Vice President of Sales at Packaging Hero. The two talked a lot about what makes for positive client-to-business relationships. Dave has found success in listening to understand rather than listening to respond. As a salesperson, he realizes that sales requires 70 percent listening and 30 percent responding since sales is so based on client needs. Additionally, Dave relies on word of mouth networking as well as authenticity when communicating with his target market, which is people that are looking to improve a process in their packaging line or distribution house.
