Dr. Jeffrey Michaelis is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. Together with his colleagues, he was able to start and sell a private practice. He then started a podcast Justice in Scrubs. In this podcast we discuss his incredible career trajectory, lessons learned from running a private practice, and the value of a personal touch with patient career (ie what many would call "the basics" like checking in with phone calls).
