On this episode, I had the honor of interviewing Coach Shay, the founder and creator of Alpha Girl Soccer Academy. 

Coach Shay's mission is to empower youth female soccer players to succeed on and off of the field. Her works consists of holding confidence workshops to aid the mental development of her players, tips and resources on the college recruitment process, as well as 1 on 1 and group training sessions and workshops throughout the year. 

We discuss the importance of emphasizing enjoyment within the sport, instilling confidence in youth soccer players, her mission for Alpha Girl Soccer Academy in the future, and more!
