In today’s episode we’re going to explore the existence of suffering and pain. We look at the world around us and we see war, people dying of starvation, homelessness and so many other forms of violence. It’s so overwhelming. It’s so huge that we feel helpless against the immensity of it all, and I will tell you, we are all in some level of shock because of this and that shock keeps us numb to our internal reality and contributes greatly to our sense of helplessness which only contributes more to our suffering.
