On this First Friday check-in, I share narratives related to key anchor experiences throughout different seasons of life that have built upon each other and then expanded out into navigating life in general. The anchors that I explore are: cross country in high school, walking a portion of El Camino de Santiago in college, and my 6 labors throughout my 20s and 30s.
