Kalirah Garjen brushed a speck of dust off of her shoulder and looked in the mirror. Her uniform looked perfect. It always looked perfect. It wasn’t vanity. Well, it wasn’t entirely vanity. The appearance of things mattered, especially on an Imperial Star Destroyer. From her impeccable uniform to her freshly polished boots, Kalirah was every inch the perfect Imperial officer. She had been the top of her class at the Academy and her service record was spotless. You had to look the part. All the moreso if, as point of fact, you weren’t actually the part.
