  When Artemis and I first hired our team, we strictly focused on the support aspect.    Our mantra: "We need support, we need support, we need support…."    Once we got going with the business and new hires, we began to focus on transactions and task completion.    New mantra: "Get shit done, get shit done, get shit done..."    THEN, after 4 months with the new hires, we learned that as leaders, we messed up.    👉🏽 We missed the mark on building a positive team environment and company culture.
