Wallena Gould, EdD, CRNA, FAAN joins host Randy Moore, AANA CEO, for a discussion around the history and future of diversity within the CRNA profession. When Wallena (Lena) was an SRNA, she saw a need to draw attention to diversity in the CRNA profession which led her to start a mentorship program. Randy and Lena also explore what intentional diversity looks like for SRNA programs present-day and how CRNAs of color can help future generations by exploring new opportunities within the profession.
