I was thrilled to welcome Jacob Misiorowski onto the show this week.  He is coming off of one of the most dominating outings of all time in which he threw a shutout in only 95 pitches with 16 strikeouts!  The hardest throwing starting pitcher of all time; he was absolutely fascinating to hear from on how he goes about it.  He gave us some great insight on his mental approach, training routines, and a host of other topics.  Thank you so much for listening to this episode!
