Super excited about this guest today, Paul Potz. I met this man at a show and was immediately enthralled by his career. He is an exotic cake decorator who came all the way from England to start his dream here in the states and he has really made a name for himself. He has some high end clients who come through one of the three bakeries he owns around the country.
