This is an account of my medical procedure for two clogged arteries. Awake during the entire treatment I was told by my excellent docs that I had "only a hairline left" in the 90% clogged arteries. My impending DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) surgery for Parkinson's was postponed for one year.

The accompanying music is my "Gymnopedie" for Soprano & Oboe with Orchestra. The soprano is Rebecca Koenigsberg, and the oboist is Miriam Kapner. The piece depicts the soul and soulmate pursuing each other. The connection between the soul and the seeker is the essence of all creation.
