If we hope to build trust with one another, plentiful but quality micro-actions are to be taken each day to build up that trust, which is, metaphorically speaking, “depositing” pennies into the Trust bank. These small but meaningful actions and words build up over time to allow trust to accumulate and thus our relationships improve and grow.
