  • You believe the game is win/lose
  • You focus on how less than you focus on what
  • You believe what others don't see doesn't matter
  • You believe integrity can always be recovered

    • Possibility: You believe the path to success is more vital than the outcome of success. The process of integrity is of #1 importance.

    • Win/lose is defined by the person you are
    • How is always the measure of success
    • Integrity is formed where other people don't see
    • Integrity can never be recovered

      • Mindsets:

      • You cannot win without your soul
      • Who you are is greater than what you have
      • Your stake matters most
      • Integrity is inviolate

        • Skillsets:

        • Be the same - always
        • Say NO to the things that erode integrity
        • Set your stake
        • Stand your ground without judgment


          • MAKE IT STICK

          • Identify a time you were not in integrity
          • Why did it happen?
          • Can you fix it?
          • How can you prevent it?
          • What needs to change in you to ensure it never happens again?
          • What actions are you committed to in the next 24 hours?
