Our third instalment of the Studio Ghibli Saving Throw series is here and this time we watched Only Yesterday.  We look into this pastoral nostalgic slow burn and talk about how it made us miss a traditional life that we would never have been able to experience.  There are are still many laughs, Toni's flashbacks of her own anxiety ridden childhood, an appreciation of music and a tangent flow chart that even we couldn't understand, mathematics > taxes > music > time signatures > musical theatre.  Yup we're slowly introducing Jared to the joys of obscure musicals.  Stick to the end to hear what we rolled for next.
