Lack of vision, the first of seven self-inflicted wounds to the church is discussed here. Without a vision, ministries will be stagnant, will not grow, will be ineffective, and young people will leave. A church without young people is dying, if not already dead. Vision ignites passion, gives direction, and is not self-serving.
