🎙 About the Guest
Tristan Byrne is a senior at Yale University studying music. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Tristan is passionate about all aspects of music: he plays classical guitar, produces electronic music, and loves to write papers examining music cultures (his thesis is on the emergence of the Southern rap scenes in opposition to the dominant coastal hip-hop scenes). Tristan appreciates creativity in all aspects of life: he has been a circus artist, a juggler, a guitarist for an indie band, an organizer for university-sponsored music concerts, and member of his campus radio.
