We know that COVID has caused a rise in anxiety, depression, OCD-like behaviors, and substance abuse among many other things, but what are the long term effects going to be, especially in children and teens. In this episode, Ashleigh and Katie bring Deanna Marincic, a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health field treating individuals, families, and adolescents for over 25 year, back on to talk about COVID and children from a mental health practitioner's point of view. Deanna covers what she is concerned about and ways for families to combat some of the negative effects that we are seeing.
