On this bonus installment - I read from some old... and new poetry as I unpack a bit of wisdom gifted to me by way of my Father who cautioned me one day:

"What you doing for a living... ain't what you are supposed to be doing with your life Youngblood."

In the age of the Great Resignation people are coming to the realization that being minimized in the workplace is not the norm, but more importantly choosing ourselves isn't selfishness... it is self care.
