This episode is my first with a guest. Larry Starkey a Realtor in south Florida, who I worked with as a CHP officer in the Staff Office at the CHP Academy, and a former Coast Guard Sailor. We talk about time in the Military, the adjustment to being a civilian and retired life. His experience living in a motorhome with his family traveling around Florida until they decided where to set roots, and of course his new career in Real Estate.
