In this episode, we invited our friends back in uni, Zimin and Shen to share their experiences working as a pharmacist in Malaysia. Zimin and Shen also talked about how they made the decisions to move back home for good, how to adapt to the work culture back home, any reverse culture shock, what exams you need to take to become a qualified pharmacist, the differences in work-life balance, pay, etc.

Zimin is a hospital pharmacist based in Penang and we were really curious about her daily routine working as a hospital pharmacist in Malaysia. Shen is currently working in a pharmaceutical company now. We asked him what makes him chose industrial pharmacy, what is the content of the job, and the career progression in a pharmaceutical company.
