At the start of this program, I noticed that many of the new students believed that they were somehow broken because they had a particular symptom, pain, or condition. 

This belief is very common, that if you have a symptom it means there is something WRONG with your body. But this could not be further from the truth, in fact, this very belief is the thing that keeps many people stuck and sick. 

By understanding how your mind body connection works and understanding that your symptoms are meaningful, you can start to let this old broken belief go. And when you are able to release this belief and see your body and mind in a new light, you can start to heal both physical and emotionally. 

This episode is going to be the catalyst to help you start healing from the inside out.
