This week we talk with a fellow former-footballer Zak Woodward. Zak is a trainer out of the Orlando area in Florida. He specializes in working with soccer players and fixing knees. Zak is an level 2 ATG endorsed coach and a long-time member of ATG. Zak works with soccer players of all ages, levels, and from all around the world. We talk about how to develop athletes, how Zak uses ATG, and plenty else.
