In today’s episode, we chat to Zandi Ndhlovu, a magical freediver from South Africa. Zandi recently directed her first film called The Black Mermaid, which highlights her free diving story as well as an amazing sardine run in South Africa.

We chat to Zandi about her love of the Ocean, how she found freediving and what her favourite underwater encounters are.

We also talk about the amazing work she’s doing with the Black Mermaid foundation.
