In the last few weeks, Alta Fox has come forth as majority shareholder in Hasbro to ask for foundational changes within the organization. Looking to add their hand picked members to the Hasbro board, Alto Fox is seeking to increase their returns.

Below that, however, is an astounding amount of data discussing the overall mishandling of brands, including Wizards of the Coast and calls to action to attempt to "right the ship" and let WotC just be WotC.

And as vendors, we cast a critical eye at their announcement and proposal as even if they are unsuccessful, their presentation and data can't be ignored. This means that there could be a call by shareholders for Hasbro to open up, let WotC run free, and greatly impact the game and vendor landscape.
