If you are looking for short term growth with little to no credibility, go for it.

Tell people what they want to hear, not what they should expect.

But make sure you are focused on that short term goal only, because it is no way to build a long term goal.

If you want sustainable growth you can't just BS your way there. You need to have some substance.

Are you going to grow long term?

If so, manage expectations practically.

Don't sugar coat and make promises you can't keep.
