Frank is the CEO and co-owner of Pactimo, a provider of technical performance apparel for dedicated cyclists and triathletes. Core customers include world champions, professionals, and dedicated amateur athletes. Pactimo has been recognized as a Colorado Company to Watch and a multiple year member of the INC 5000.

Frank has lived almost 20 years abroad, and his background includes extensive experience in the non-profit sector. He was a director and eventually chairman of HOPE worldwide, an international NGO serving 2.5 million people annually through 200 programs in 70 nations.

He has been married for 36 years and has 3 kids and 5 grandchildren.
