What started as a fully planned episode took an unexpected turn after I spent the evening at the University of Guelph, attending a networking event hosted by the Guelph Project Management Collective. I had the chance to speak with students who are just beginning their careers, and what began as typical conversations quickly became something far more reflective. The questions they asked were simple on the surface, but they revealed a deeper tension around how we think about preparation, capability, and the future.
