For years, I struggled to find my place in the legal field, and at times, I even consider quitting the practice of law entirely. For one reason or another, there seemed to be few women attorneys willing to mentor an inexperienced and terrified new attorney.
As I struggled through the learning process, figuring things out by pure trial and error, I often wished I could go back and share my newfound insight with that terrified first year I had been. I created All Rise Mentors as a way to do just that - to demystify to process, share tried and true tools that worked for me and to answer all the questions every new attorney has and even the ones they don't yet know to ask.
